How early in advance do we need to make a meal package reservation?

Feel free to make a meal package reservation anytime! Once a reservation is made, we’ll reach out to confirm the date you would like to start your meal plan. However, please give us a 48 hour notice before your chosen start date.

When do I pay my deposit?

After we confirm your meal package reservation, we will send you an invoice indicating when the deposit is due. Please note that if you reserve our Ma's Trial package, a deposit is not required.

Will I get my deposit back if I cancel my meal package reservation? What if I paid in full but decide not to proceed with my meal package reservation?

Please give us a 48 hour notice before your meal plan start date and you will receive a full refund. The $150 deposit will not be refunded if you do not provide a 48 hour notice.

When do I need to pay the remaining balance of my meal package reservation?

You can pay the remaining balance as early as the day of your confirmation or in installments indicated on your invoice.

Will my deposit go towards my total payment?

Yes, when it is time for you to pay your remaining balance, we will deduct your deposit payment from your overall total.

Can I do payment plans?

At this time, we do not offer monthly payment plans. However, the total payment of your reservation will be broken down into two or three installments which will be indicated on your invoice.

Do you accept credit card payments?

At this time, we only accept payments through Zelle or Venmo. We hope to incorporate this in the future. Thank you for your patience.

How does your delivery service work?

We deliver our meals daily between 8:00AM to 12:00PM. If your location is further than 15 miles from SGV, delivery fees will apply.

I don’t live in Los Angeles County, can I still make a meal package reservation?

Please contact masoasis20@gmail.com. If we’re able to accommodate to your location, delivery fees will apply.

What if I want to stop my meal service?

If you would like to stop your meal plan service, please let us know and we will refund you a prorated amount.
